Heads up, it looks like I might have broken blurbybot notifications after some server maintenance. I'm investigating.

Yeah when I actively look at the phone it’s fine. But there are notifications (sounds) I need to get when not looking at the phone.

The “do not disturb” feature in iOS feels inflexible. It handles calls exactly how I want but there isn’t any ability to allow for notifications. I may need to tackle this in a different way.

yeah it's pretty clear that the rules/enforcement of it aren't effective which is why I'm finding myself taking much more drastic action.

Okay fiddled with my "do not disturb" settings. This should hopefully allow only the calls I care about through and I can screen the rest easily enough.

I've thought about giving up having a phone number. But there are still some important personal calls I need to be able to recieve from time to time. But now I'm wondering if I can tweak my phone settings to only ring through those numbers I allow. ?
