Getting the latest malware delivered to my email via word doc feels very retro.

I have now replaced my Chromecast audio devices with Raspberry Pi devices and its fantastic.

I used Sublime for years but recently decided to take some open source editors for a spin and landed on VS Code. It performs really well on my personal laptop but it's slower on my work laptop which I suspect is related to git being slower (among other things).

I finally made the switch over to Visual Studio Code from Sublime and have been pretty happy with it.

Right now I'm reviving a library someone created for pnut and subsequently abandoned as a way to get my feet wet. From there I'll probably cook up a bot or matrix bridge or whatever need I might find suitable.

Back to tinkering with #golang again this weekend.

That would be just my luck. But hopefully it’s past that initial fascination stage and something that’s beyond Googles short attention span.

Had my first deep dive into a #golang project today. Still lots to learn but so far I like how it’s going. I wouldn’t be surprised if this became my language of choice after a while.

I feel like it's nap time. I wonder what folks around me would think if I were to curl up under my desk and dozed for 15min or so.

I really wish I remembered my ear buds this morning. The music playlist in my head isn't as extensive as it needs to be.
