Okay added the correct exception and an appropriate response message such that BlurbyBot understands when a user isn't authorized versus some other problem. Hopefully this will reduce some of the confusion.

I'm going to be working on improving the BlurbyBot error messages this evening. Just an FYI in case people notice some weirdness in the responses. Well more than what's already occurring. ;)
