Wow today seem to go by too fast. Aside from the usual dad taxi duties I didn't actually get much done other than monkey about with a single web page. :o

@phoneboy Well there aren't really big differences between them but there are some which matter. Things such as privacy options or client features. I think I'll add a blurb about what I use and why for starters. It might help to indicate that any of these have options for self-hosting as well as joining established public servers hosted in various parts of the world.
