@matigo Just your mention of it was enough to get it stuck in my head.

Came up with a variation on a phone setup I had been doing off and on over the last few months. This time with the sim card in a budget android phone not signed into anything, just using voice calls, sms, and mobile hotspot. Basically using it like a feature phone that just happens to also serve data to whatever additional device I want to also carry with me that does all the other stuff. Hoping this gets me around the network compatibility delima I run into occasionally with these weird phones I like to play with.

@jextxadore I've done that believe it or not. Well okay maybe not all of them but a couple at least. :p

I'm in one of those "bored with my phone" moods today. Moving my sim between devices trying to figure out which I want to use and wishing that my Ubuntu phone had better US network support.

Less than 50 emails to go. Almost there.

Back to work with a bang today. Nearly 3k unread emails in my inbox and more that 50% of them I was able to toss as pure noise. ?

@matigo Yes sir I am. I even have a day to take care of some things before back to work on Monday.
