@height8 oh gods I hope nobody is still running 2.2, but I guess if it's an old devices it's possible. Minimum I think for a target version should be 4.4 these days I believe.

click to coffee is apparently still in progress.

hmm, meeting schedule is rather light today, which means I should probably get my required training done. so I expect I'll be easily distracted as a result.

okay, proper cup of coffee brewed, I can internet now.

yep. mess cleaned up and new pot brewing now.

Irritating start to my day, I didn't setup my coffee maker correctly last night and the results are pretty messy & terrible. ?

@height8 the most insane thing I ever did was use a physical wire to short a pin on a HTC Rezound to get s-off. Which made it easier to flash firmware. Of course that phone turned out to be a pile of crap in the end.

@height8 I did a lot of custom Android stuff in the past when I was a die hard Android fan. Sounds like you are already on a good path for information. ?

@height8 I deal with email encryption for my employer and I see a lot of additional factors besides the ease of use. At least in the corporate & financial space. Some of it around regulations, some of it is conflicting technology, and as you say some of it is the ease of use aspect.

@height8 I still to this day setup gpg with whatever email client I happen to be using, and currently it's the Thunderbird Enigmail combo. Of course I haven't actually used it for anything other than signing for a long time but I like that I still have it.
