@hybotics I gave the pushover queue runner a kick in the butt, let me know if notifications are working again.

@c Got this one. I normally have it off but flip it on when checking things.

If anyone else isn't receiving pushover notifications please let me know.

@jextxadore yeah there is apparently a difference between how Telegram deals with Markdown and 10C. something I've been meaning to look more deeply at some point. perhaps when I get around to addressing the odd char encoding that @c told me about.
